Review 1 — progress stage
The four deliverables the programme office asks for, in their order. At review 1 this project had measured its own model failing in the real world and redirected training on that evidence. In the five days since, the redirection produced results — Phase B ran, missed its gate, and taught the program how to beat it. Each page carries the review-1 record and what has happened since.
